Because it's Friday: Taking a Cold Dip

Sue and I love open water lake swimming, we also live in the UK, this means that the water temperature is rarely warm.

We aren’t hardened winter swimmers, but we will swim in the springtime and into the autumn when the temperatures are below 10ºC, sometime significantly below.

It’s an invigorating experience and, it turns out, it’s quite good for you:
