Just read through Volker Weber’s blog and the debate following the entry and it rings very true. A lot about what we do at work is about the happiness and unhappiness factors. I don’t like the Notes client although I think the databases work very well. I am resigned to the fact that I have to use the Notes client as this is the companies tool of choice and hope that the next version (which is beginning to look more like Outlook), will stop my frustrations and increase my happiness factor when using email. What I really want to use is one tool so I can manage my work, IM, schedule and email.
