There is much debate in my home town about what should happen to the bus station.
To some it is a striking example of brutalist architecture for which every effort to preserve it should be taken.
To others it’s an expensive mess that needs replacing with something more useful.
To someone else it’s the inspiration for a LEGO train station.
I’m not going to comment about which side of the debate my personal sentiments are placed, but I do have to say that if the interior of Preston Bus Station looked anything like as smart as the inside of this LEGO one there wouldn’t be much debate:
